Shipping policy

Pre-orders: every Baked Snug order is a pre-order. You're charged when you order. Estimated delivery is about 4 to 5 weeks from your order date, including processing, manufacturing and delivery. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we expect a delay, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund if your order hasn't shipped.

Shipping cost: shipping is free on every order.

Tracking: we'll email your tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Multiple pillows: orders with more than one pillow may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Delivery address: please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships.

International orders: your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are your responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.
